[Objective] To study extraction technology of polysaccharides from SEMEN EURYALES by ultrasonic-assisted method.[Method] Taking extraction rate of polysaccharides as index,L9(34)orthogonal test was applied to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from SEMEN EURYALES by ultrasonic-assisted method.[Results] The optimum extraction technology of polysaccharides was as follows:extract temperature of 55 ℃,extraction time of 40 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 15.Under this conditions,the extraction rate and relative standard deviation(RSD)value of polysaccharides were 4.65% and 1.93%(n=3),respectively.[Conclusion] The established ultrasonic-assisted method for extracting polysaccharides from SEMEN EURYALES was simple and feasible with higher extraction rate.
