运用问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计以及逻辑分析等方法,对6所广东民办院校的79名体育教师进行了MBI—GS量表3个维度5等级记分的匿名问卷调查研究。研究结果表明:广东民办院校体育教师职业倦怠并不严重,具有高级职称的本科学历的老师在3个维度上的得分都很低;而具有硕士研究生学历的年轻讲师职称倦怠相对来说较为突出,特别是在“工作倦怠”、“低专业效能”两个方面得分较高;本科类院校体育教师与专科类体育教师职称倦怠在“工作倦怠”与“低专业效能”2个维度上有显著差异。另外,性别在广东民办院校体育教师职业倦怠上差异不显著。
By means of questionnaires, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, 79 PE teachers in 6 privately-run institutions in Guangdong were investigated by anonymous questionnaires on 3 dimensions of MBI-GS scale. The results show that the occupational burnout of physical education teachers in non-governmental institutions in Guangdong is not serious, and the teachers who have a bachelor’s degree with a high professional title have low scores in all three dimensions. The job burnout of young lecturers with a master’s degree is relatively prominent , Especially in the two areas of “burnout”, “low professional performance” score higher; bachelor degree physical education teachers and specialist physical education teacher job burnout in the “burnout” and “low professional Effectiveness ”There are significant differences in 2 dimensions. In addition, there is no significant difference in occupational burnout among PE teachers in private institutions in Guangdong.
