橡胶树离体鲜叶冷冻后,外渗液电导率较冷冻前显著增加。在测定已知不同耐寒力的20个品系中,冷冻后叶外渗液的电介质百分率在224.5%—948.9%之间。耐寒品系冷冻后电介质百分率少量增加,而不耐寒品系则大量增加。对照品系GT1电介质百分率接近20个品系的平均值,耐寒品系低于GT1,不耐寒品系高于GT1,电介质百分率与品系耐寒力呈负相关。经自然低温后的苗木测定其电介质较有可靠性。但在高温高湿生长季,电介质百分率的多少与品系耐寒力没有一致性。
Rubber tree isolated fresh leaves frozen, the conductivity of the exudate significantly increased compared to before freezing. In 20 lines with known different cold tolerance, the percent dielectric of frozen exudate was 224.5% -948.9%. Cold-tolerant strains showed a small increase in dielectric percentage after freezing, while non-cold-tolerant lines increased significantly. The percentage of dielectric of GT1 in the reference line was close to the average value of 20 lines, the cold tolerant lines were lower than GT1, the non-cold tolerant lines were higher than GT1, and the dielectric percentage was negatively correlated with the cold tolerance of lines.
