数学焦虑是多年来教育专家研究的热点问题,研究成果表明数学焦虑既影响个体情感情绪、社会性的自然发展,也影响了数学学科认知的发展。它会使学生对数学刺激产生反面的生理心理反应、对个人解决数学问题的能力持有消极的态度和错误的信念,最终导致数学焦虑者回避需要使用数学技能的工作和环境,因而数学焦虑感较强者的数学成绩一般都较低。笔者就该问题的成因做了一些探讨,以便寻求解决数学焦虑的合理途径。
Mathematical anxiety is a hot issue that many educational experts have studied for many years. The research results show that mathematical anxiety not only affects the emotional and social development of individuals, but also affects the cognitive development of mathematics. It will make students have a negative physiological and psychological reaction to mathematical stimuli, negative attitude and error belief in the ability of individuals to solve mathematical problems, eventually leading to math anxiety to avoid the need to use mathematical skills in work and the environment, and thus mathematical anxiety The stronger math results are generally lower. The author made some discussions on the cause of the problem in order to find a reasonable way to solve mathematical anxiety.
