热处理用高温盐浴炉常在900~1300℃下使用。对盐浴温度的测量,目前常用光学高温计、红外光电高温计、辐射高温计等非接触式测温或用热电偶直接测温。但前者因受烟雾、粉尘、浮渣等因素影响,测量结果不够准确,误差较大,生产使用中受到限制。后者虽然可以克服热处理现场工作条件的影响,测得的温度精确度高,示值误差较小,
