记者最近在中共上海市委组织部采访,发现这里人才信息灵通。一张张优秀青年名单,一份份干部考核材料源源而来。这是上海市委组织部坚持改革,使组织工作从机关封闭式走向社会开放式带来的可喜景象。 自一九八三年九月以来,上海市委组织部青年干部处广开渠道,在全市各条战线发掘了九百六十八名各类中青年人才。经过认真考核,已选出一百零三名,列入各级党政部门的后备干部名单。 据组织部的同志介绍,这批人中近半数年龄在三十五岁以下,百分之三十五的人担任过科级以上领导工作,其中大专以上文化程度的占百分之六十九。他们在“文革”中表现较好,对党的十一届三中全会以来的路线执行坚决,思想敏锐,富有开拓精神。
The reporter interviewed recently in the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and found out that the talented people here are well-informed. A list of outstanding youth, a copy of cadres assessment materials come from. This is a gratifying picture brought by the organizational department of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee in persisting in reform and opening up the organizational work from the closed-end to the open-ended society. Since September 1983, the youth cadres office of the Organization Department of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee have been opening up channels and a total of 968 young and middle-aged talents have been excavated on all fronts in the city. After careful examination, 103 candidates have been selected for inclusion in the list of reserve cadres in party and government departments at all levels. According to the comrades of the Organization Department, nearly half of these people under the age of 35 and 35% have held leadership positions above the scientific level, of which 69% have a college education or above . They performed well in the “Cultural Revolution” and were firmly committed to the line since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. They were quick-thinking and pioneering.
