目的 探讨人参有效成份在体内抗衰老的具体作用。方法 采用 R I A 法对 20 例老年人服用人参皂甙前后血清 A C T H 值(ng/ L)进行测定。结果 各组血清 A C T H 值范围均在参考正常值范围之内。成年对照组平均值高于老年组。老年组服药前男、女均值分别低于成年组( P < 001 与 P < 005)。老年男性服药后 A C T H 值高于服药前( P< 005),与成年男性组间无显著差异。老年女性服药后 A C T H 值升高不显著,与成年女性相比,服药前 P < 005,服药后 P > 005。男、女总平均值,老年组服药前低于成年组( P < 001),服药后显著性下降( P< 005)。结论 人参皂甙能促进腺垂体 A C T H 的分泌,加强垂体肾上腺皮质轴功能,可提高老年人应激能力,延缓衰老。
Objective To investigate the specific effects of ginseng active ingredients on anti-aging in vivo. Methods Serum A C T H values (ng/ L) were determined by R I A method in 20 elderly patients before and after taking ginsenosides. Results The range of serum A C T H in each group was within the reference normal range. The mean value of the adult control group was higher than that of the old age group. The mean male and female values were lower in the elderly group than in the adult group (P <001 and P <005). The A C T H value of the elderly males was higher than that before medication (P < 0. 05), and there was no significant difference between the male group and the adult male group. The increase in A C T H was not significant in older women after taking the drug. Compared with adult women, P 0. 05 before medication and P 0. 05 after medication. The average male and female values were lower in the old group than in the adult group (P < 0 01) and significantly decreased after the medication (P < 0 05). Conclusion Ginsenosides can promote the secretion of A C T H in the pituitary gland and enhance the function of the pituitary-adrenocortical axis. It can increase the stress ability of the elderly and delay aging.
