目的探讨心脏大血管5个水平段分析法在64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(64-slice SCT)诊断先天性心脏病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2015年3月黑龙江省牡丹江心血管病医院收治50例疑似先天性心脏病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行64-slice SCT和超声心动图(UCG)检查。结果 50例患者64-slice SCT共检出238处心血管畸形,其与UCG诊断心房畸形的灵敏度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脏大血管5个水平段分析法在64-slice SCT先天性心脏病诊断过程中可有效提高诊断灵敏度,为该病的诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the value of 5 levels analysis of large blood vessels in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease by 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography (64-slice SCT). Methods From January 2014 to March 2015, 50 patients with suspected congenital heart disease were admitted to Mudanjiang Cardiovascular Hospital of Heilongjiang Province. All patients underwent 64-slice SCT and echocardiography (UCG). Results A total of 238 cardiovascular malformations were detected in 64 patients with 64-slice SCT in 50 patients. The sensitivity of UCG in diagnosing atrial malformations was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The analysis of 5 levels of large blood vessels in the heart can effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity in the diagnosis of 64-slice SCT congenital heart disease and provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
