针对新矿集团新巨龙煤矿-800 m水平托顶煤巷道围岩变形破坏严重的问题,通过现场调研,得出了该类巷道变形破坏特征,顶板变形破坏明显高于两帮。基于数值模拟,探讨了托顶煤巷道围岩的塑性破坏范围,提出了高强度锚网索联合支护,确定了支护参数,并将锚网索联合支护应用于现场,取得了较好支护效果,为此类托顶煤巷道的支护设计提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the serious deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of -800 m horizontal top coal roadway in Xinlong Coal Mine of New Mine Group, the deformation and failure characteristics of such roadway are obtained through on-site investigation. The deformation and failure of the roof are obviously higher than those of the two gangues. Based on numerical simulation, the plastic failure range of surrounding rock in top coal caving roadway was discussed. Combined support of high strength anchor net and net was proposed, the supporting parameters were determined, and the combined support of anchor net and cable was applied to the site Supporting effect, providing a reference for the support design of such top coal roadway.
