传统教学认为语言是由语法和词汇组成,而词块教学法认为,语言是由大量的词块组成。词块教学法受到认知心理语言学及语言习得研究的支持。在大学英语教学中应用词块教学法有助于提高学生语言使用的流利性和准确性,以及语言知识的内化。在教学实践中,可通过认知词块、巩固词块、产出词块三个环节来培养学生的词块意识及词块产出能力。
Traditional teaching holds that language is composed of grammar and vocabulary, while lexical teaching holds that language consists of a large number of words. Block lexicon is supported by cognitive psycholinguistics and language acquisition research. The use of lexical pedagogy in college English teaching helps improve the fluency and accuracy of student language use and the internalization of linguistic knowledge. In teaching practice, we can cultivate students’ lexical awareness and lexical output ability through cognitive lexicon, consolidating lexical chunks and output lexical lexical links.
