我们常说,幼儿园的教育离不开家长的理解、支持和参与。对前两点我很理解,但为什么幼儿园的教育工作还要家长参与?家长愿意参与吗?怎样参与?我心存疑惑。参加“幼儿主体性发展与教育”课题研究,使我逐渐认识到家长参与的重要性和价值,体会到家长是幼儿教师的重要合作伙伴,是幼儿园教育的重要资源,他们也可以成为幼儿园教育的“主角”。 最早让我获得上述认识和感受的,是一个名为“我们的家庭”的教育活动。
We often say that education in kindergartens can not be separated from parents’ understanding, support and participation. I understand the first two points, but why kindergarten education parents also want to participate? Parents are willing to participate in? How to participate? I am puzzled. Participating in the study on the subject development and education of young children has gradually realized the importance and value of the participation of parents and realized that parents are important partners for kindergarten teachers and an important resource for kindergarten education. They can also become kindergarten education “protagonist”. The earliest let me get the above understanding and feeling is a called “our family” educational activities.
