受52及103mC/kg照射的绵羊淋巴细胞中出现3H-TdR(税氧胸腺嘧啶核苷)自发掺入DNA增加,受照动物淋巴细胞中自发DNA合成活性改变伴随外周血淋巴细胞中总蛋白量的增加.实验用18只茨冈种母绵羊,γ射线照射31、52及103mC/kg,非照射绵羊淋巴细胞DNA中~3H-TdR自发掺入量为200~1200cpm/10~6细胞.动物适应饲养环境2周后,淋巴细胞DNA中~3H-TdR自发掺入量为428cpm/106细胞,之后则无变化.照射52mC/kg时,绵羊淋巴细胞DNA中~3H-TdR自发掺入量在第5天提高到几乎5倍,7~10天增加到2~3倍,然而受103mC/kg照射动物该指标在照后1~7天增高约5~10倍.还发现52及103mC/kg照射母绵羊淋巴细胞中,总蛋白含量增加,但增加的高峰发生在绵羊淋巴细胞DNA中.~3H-TdR自发掺入量最大增长期以后.因此,照射诱导的淋巴细胞DNA中~3H-TdR自然掺入量增高,不仅是外周血淋巴细胞
