企业文化是企业的管理哲学、价值观、共同目标及管理实践,它以群体价值为中心。企业文化是社会文比因素进入管理领域的产物,作为企业“软”管理一种表现形式,它日益为现代企业家所倡导。相对于企业技术、设备、规章、组织结构这些“硬”因素而言,企业文化主要把目标、宗旨、信念、人际关系融洽、价值准则等“软”因素放在重要地应。简言之企业文化用“软”办法来管理企业。本文结台企业的文化建设浅析企业文比的“软”管理效果。 首先,达到内化控制的作用。企件经营管理的规章制度,是企业员工的规范和准则。在传统的企业管理组织中,共同劳动的规模越大,企业内部分工协作越复杂,越需要严格的规章制度。对企业员工进行规范的管理,力求使职工提高工作效率,创造更多的利润。而通过企业文化作用的发挥,使企业个人接受社会价值观念成为其人格的一部分,从而有效地内化控制企业成员的行为。实际上.企业文化的内化控制作用就是通过价值观念进行意识形态方面的自我教育、自我控制,使企业员工按某种价值观念办事。使他们产生“理应如此”的感觉。如果违反了这种价值观就会感到不安和内疚。社会学家认为,内化控制是控制行为,更正偏差、激励进取的最有效的方式。正因如此,企业文化作为企业全体成员所拥有的价值?

Through the exertion of the role of corporate culture, the individual accepts social values as a part of their personality, which effectively internalizes and controls the behavior of corporate members. In fact, the internalized control of corporate culture is to carry out ideological self-education and self-control through the concept of values, so that employees can act according to certain values.
