目的分析孕早期超声筛查胎儿心外畸形的价值。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月于花垣县民族中医院进行检查的妊娠妇女300例,在孕早期对妊娠妇女进行经腹部超声系统筛查,在孕中期对妊娠妇女进行超声畸形复查,在胎儿出生后对胎儿进行超声心电图检查。结果 300例妊娠妇女孕早期有1例胎儿自然流产,检查出心外畸形胎儿9例,其中有3例出现NT增厚合并染色体异常,1例为18-三体综合征,1例为21-三体综合征、1例为Turner综合征;另外6例中检查出2例胎儿为致死性骨骼系统畸形,1例为腹壁裂,1例胎儿为短肋多趾(指)综合征,1例为单脐动脉,1例为脊柱裂。孕中期检查出1例胎儿为左肾缺如。新生儿体检结果与超声筛查结果一致,没有发现其他心外畸形胎儿,孕早期的心外畸形超声筛查灵敏度为90.0%,阴性率为96.7%。结论在妊娠妇女孕早期进行超声筛查,有助于提高胎儿心外畸形的检出率,提高新生儿的健康率。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound screening fetal extracardial deformity in early pregnancy. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014, 300 pregnant women were examined in Huayuan County People’s Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. During the first trimester of pregnancy, pregnant women were screened by ultrasound system and pregnant women underwent ultrasound deformity check in the second trimester. Fetal echocardiography after fetal birth. Results One hundred and three pregnant women had a fetus spontaneous abortion during the first trimester. Nine fetuses with extrauterine malformations were detected. Among them, three had NT thickening and chromosomal abnormalities, one had 18-trisomy syndrome and one had 21- Three cases of syndrome, Turner syndrome in 1 case; 2 cases were detected in 2 cases of fetal lethal skeletal system deformity, 1 case of abdominal wall fissure, 1 case of fetal ribbed toe syndrome, 1 case A single umbilical artery, 1 case of spina bifida. Pregnancy check out 1 case of fetal left kidney as missing. Neonatal physical examination results and ultrasound screening results were consistent, found no other malformation fetus, early pregnancy echocardiography screening sensitivity was 90.0%, the negative rate was 96.7%. Conclusion Ultrasound screening in pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy helps to improve the detection rate of fetal extra-cardiac malformations and improve the neonatal health rate.
