依据全尺寸钻井试验,研究了新型、高密度、符合环境要求。透明的盐水钻井液。同时还用赤铁矿加重的水基泥浆进行了对比实验。测试结果表明,用甲酸铯钻井液的钻速要比用具有相同密度赤铁矿加重水基泥浆所能达到的钻速快很多。由公式计算得出,这种钻井液的表现瞬时滤失量虽很高;但API失水量却很低。用甲酸铯钻井液能够达到很高钻速的原因是它的低粘度和高初始滤失量。
