首先,利用相对坐标变换,将三维命中精度问题转化为二维命中精度问题,并给出利用二重积分近似求得命中概率的简便公式;其次,利用命中概率建立了检验效率函数,并分析了效率函数的特性,在控制2类风险的前提下,用效率函数建立了检验公式;最后,根据检验公式的拒绝域,对目标圆柱半径进行分析,给出了运动目标圆柱(靶标)半径的确定方法。有效地避免了对检验结论的争议,为导弹命中精度试验的定性定量分析提供了理论依据,对导弹命中精度的检验问题具有重要的指导意义。
