多鼓励自己让你更自信这个办法看起来有点不切实际,但是实际操作之后还是有些效果的。多给自己说些鼓励的话,内心的声音可以让我们更振作,所以,别对自己吝惜溢美之词,夸夸自己吧,你也很棒哦。人在状态不好时很有可能会消极和情绪化,比如更易发怒,失控。在发泄情绪之前不妨先预留出一点思考的时间,以便做出理性决定。尝试积极面对而不是消极的回避,会让你感觉自己很能干。
It may seem a bit impractical to encourage yourself to be more confident about yourself, but there are still some effects after the actual operation. If you give yourself more encouragement, the inner voice will make us more agile. Therefore, do not begrudge to yourself, praise yourself, and you are awesome. People in the bad state is likely to be negative and emotional, such as more angry, out of control.
