目的 :研究不同年龄组颈动脉血流动力学参数的正常值范围。方法 :运用彩色速度成像及定量 (CVI- Q)技术分别检测 180名正常人的左右颈总动脉共 36 0支 ,记录血管内径 (d)、峰值血流速度 (Vmax)、阻力指数 (RI)及血流量 (Q)等数据。结果 :(1)正常颈动脉血管内径平均值为 0 .6 0~ 0 .70 cm ,并随年龄增长而增宽 ,6 0岁以上组显著大于其他两组 (P<0 .0 1) ;(2 )正常颈动脉峰值血流速度平均值为 6 0 .7~ 10 2 .6 cm / s,随年龄的增长而逐渐减少 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;(3)正常颈动脉阻力指数平均值为 0 .73~ 0 .76 ,各年龄组间无显著差异 ;(4 )正常颈动脉血流量平均值为 315 .3~ 386 .7ml/ min,各年龄组间无显著差异。结论 :颈动脉血流量及其他参数正常值的测量为脑血管疾病的诊断及治疗效果的评价提供了有价值的血流动力学依据。
Objective: To study the normal range of carotid hemodynamic parameters in different age groups. Methods: A total of 360 carotid arteries of 180 normal subjects were detected by color velocity imaging and quantitative (CVI-Q) technique. The diameter of blood vessels (d), peak blood flow velocity (Vmax), resistance index (RI) And blood flow (Q) and other data. Results: (1) The average diameter of normal carotid arteries was between 0.660 and 0.70 cm, and broadened with age, significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P <0.01). (2) The average peak carotid artery blood flow velocity was 60.7 ~ 102.2.6 cm / s, which decreased with age (P <0.05, P <0.01); ( 3) The average value of normal carotid resistance index was 0.73 ~ 0.76, no significant difference between the age groups; (4) The average value of normal carotid blood flow was 315.3866ml7ml / min, all age groups No significant difference between. Conclusion: The measurement of carotid artery blood flow and other parameters of normal value provides a valuable hemodynamic basis for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
