目的:建立近红外光谱一致性检验快速检测技术鉴别广陈皮道地性的方法。方法:收集不同产地不同品种的陈皮样品40批,采集近红外光谱数据,运用布鲁克公司OPUS软件,以10批广陈皮样品作为校正集,建立广陈皮的一致性检验模型,以23批其他产地其他品种的陈皮和7批广陈皮作为验证集检验模型的准确性。结果:广东新会产道地药材广陈皮与其他地区及其他品种的非道地药材存在较大差异,利用一致性检验模型可快速有效判断其道地性。结论:近红外光谱技术可快速、简便鉴别广陈皮的道地性,且不需破坏样品,是中药材有效快检的理想方法。
Objective: To establish a method of rapid detection of near-infrared spectral identity to identify the authenticity of Guangcai. Methods: Forty batches of dried tangerine peel samples from different regions were collected and NIRS data was collected. Using Bruker OPUS software, 10 batches of dried tangerine peel samples were used as calibration sets to establish a consistency test model for broad-leaved tangerine peel. The varieties of dried tangerine peel and dried tangerine peel 7 as a validation set to test the accuracy of the model. Results: There was a great difference between the medicinal materials of dried shrimps grown in Xinhui local produce and the non-authentic medicinal herbs of other regions and other cultivars. Using the consistency test model, the authenticity of the herbs can be determined quickly and effectively. Conclusion: Near-infrared spectroscopy can quickly and easily identify the authenticity of broad-leaved dried tangerine peel without destroying the sample, making it an ideal method for effective fast-testing of Chinese herbal medicines.
