本文以平衡记分卡为视角,分析了国企政工部门绩效考评中存在的主要问题,对改进该部门绩效考评工作提出思考和建议:1、从企业角度确立本部门的工作目标和主要任务;2、从员工角度去完善本部门的工作职能;3、从内部业务角度去提升本部门的工作绩效;4、从学习与创新角度,结合企业文化去提高政工人员的素质与技能。
This paper analyzes the main problems in the performance appraisal of the state-owned enterprises from the perspective of balanced scorecard, puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to improve the appraisal of the performance of the department: 1, establish the objectives and main tasks of the department from the perspective of the enterprise; From the staff point of view to improve the department’s job functions; 3, from the perspective of internal business to enhance the performance of the department; 4, from the perspective of learning and innovation, combined with corporate culture to enhance the quality and skills of political workers.
