中国农科院棉花所“七五”科研成果之一“棉花新杂交棉中杂019的选育和利用”,于1989年通过鉴定,1990年获农业部科技进步三等奖。为使该成果尽快在生产上推广应用,我所于1990年9月25～26日在河南省睢县召开了杂交棉人工制种利用二代现场会。豫、鲁、陕、皖4省科研和生产单位的36位代表参加了会议。中国农业科学院党组书记、第一副院长沈桂芳,科研部副主任信乃铨,
