利用稻草栽培平菇,除草把式、箱式外,大床式栽培也较普遍,但失败者颇多。笔者曾于今春,在杭州地区调查了十多户利用稻草大床式栽平菇的菇农,从已成功的几户经验分析,主要应掌握以下几点: (一)选用适栽良种。目前我省栽培的平菇品种主要有凤尾菇,美味侧耳、佛罗里达平菇、鲍鱼菇、侧耳5号等,但对于稻草的利用则以佛罗里达平菇最佳。其表现为抗性强,发菌快(菇农赞之为“吃料好”),产量较高,每100斤稻草可产鲜菇80～90斤。其次
