通过筛分试验方法将机制砂各级配进行筛分并按照一定规律进行重新配置,研究了机制砂各级配对胶砂流动度、胶砂力学性能、混凝土工作性以及混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:机制砂比表面积影响单位用水量,对工作性具有一定影响,而影响其强度的因素主要有机制砂级配合理性和机制砂筛底筛余;影响混凝土包裹性的主要因素是机制砂级配和外加剂,而机制砂级配起确定性作用。
Through sieving test, all levels of sand were screened and reconfigured according to certain rules. The effects of matching mortar fluidity, mortar mechanical properties, concrete workability and concrete mechanical properties at all levels of sand were studied. The experimental results show that the specific surface area of sand affects the water consumption per unit, which has certain influence on the workability. The main factors affecting the strength of sand are the rationality of sand mixing and the screening of sand bottom. The main factors affecting concrete package are mechanism Sand grading and admixtures, while the mechanism of sand level play a decisive role.
