1985-2003年,我院对31例原发性小肠肿瘤患者施行手术治疗,现将其总结报告如下。临床资料 1．一般资料:本组31例均为经手术及病理证实的原发性小肠肿瘤,其中男14例,女17例;年龄15-61岁。 2．临床表现:原发性小肠肿瘤以腹痛、肠梗阻、腹部包块和消化道出血为主要症状。本组27例出现腹痛,16例肠梗阻,13例腹部包块,6例消化道出血,2例因合并肠套叠而出现腹痛、肠梗阻、腹部包块和便血,3例有急性阑尾炎的临床表现,2例盆腔肿块,另有2例出现类癌综合征的表现。
1985-2003 years, our hospital for 31 cases of patients with primary intestinal cancer surgery, now its summary report is as follows. Clinical data 1. General information: The group of 31 patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology of primary intestinal tumors, including 14 males and 17 females; aged 15-61 years. 2. Clinical manifestations: primary intestinal tumors with abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, abdominal mass and gastrointestinal bleeding as the main symptoms. There were 27 cases of abdominal pain, 16 cases of intestinal obstruction, 13 cases of abdominal mass, 6 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding, 2 cases of abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, abdominal mass and blood in the stool, and 3 cases of acute appendicitis Clinical manifestations, pelvic masses in 2 cases, and in 2 cases showed carcinoid syndrome.
