结合教学内容对学生进行思想品德教育是语文教学的一项重要任务。在语文学习中,学生接触了众多文质兼美的作品,认识了大量光彩照人的形象。那丰富多彩的生活场面、纷繁复杂的人生经历、激动人心的人生故事、生动形象的人物形象、多姿多彩的风光景色,都是学生选择、模仿的对象。课文宣扬真、善、美,贬斥假、恶、丑,在这些观点的分析、识别、判断、取舍中,学生也会把它当作自己人生的参照,思想高度得到提升。这些使得语文课拥有了特殊的德育效应,甚至有时不是品德课所能完全达到的。语文教师应充分利用语文课形象、生动的特点,细心地引导学生,积极鼓励学生进行思想和情感的交流,及时校正他们“变形”的思想,使学生的身心在语文课教学活泼的氛围中得到真正完善。
