针对煤炭市场价格急剧上涨,燃煤煤源不稳定的实际情况,为了降低发电成本,稳定煤炭供应,故选择性价比合理的褐煤来代替一定量的设计煤种进行掺烧。由于褐煤灰熔点和热值低于设计煤种,水分和挥发分高于设计煤种,掺烧过程中存在对锅炉负荷、制粉系统出力、喷燃器及炉膛结焦、受热面超温、制粉系统爆炸等方面的诸多影响。但只要落实好组织措施、技术措施,做好防爆、防自燃、防结焦3个重要环节的工作,就能保证掺烧褐煤的安全进行。
