基础教育阶段,英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础,培养学生英语综合语言运用能力,学会与他人合作,并能运用英语语言进行有条理地与他人交流。但在小学阶段要达到课标的要求,确实还有一段距离。由于小学英语教学存在课时少,缺乏语言环境等客观原因和小学生自身活泼好动,注意力不持久,自控力差等主观因素,目前小学英语教学还普遍存在以下现象。

Due to the fact that primary school English teaching has some subjective factors such as small class hours, lack of objective environment such as language environment, primary students’ lively and active attention, non-sustained attention and poor self-control, the following phenomena commonly exist in primary school English teaching.
