校本课程开发离不开教师校本课程开发能力的发展,要提高教师校本课程开发能力首先要培养教师的课程开发意识,其次要求教师掌握本体性知识、条件性知识、实践性知识等必要的课程开发理论知识,再次要培养教师从学生需要、学校资源、师资情况等方面进行环境分析的能力,第四要提高教师的校本课程资源整合能力,第五依托课程行动研究,通过教师不断的反思、修正,进一步提升校本课程开发能力。
