近年来,随着我国小型空心砌块建筑的发展,不少单位研制了各种类型的小型空心砌块(下称小砌块)成型机。按动力来源分为:机械传动和液压传动;按成型方式分为:冲压成型,振动成型,和冲压振动成型等。其中,振动成型又有箱模振动,芯模振动和芯模振动与压头加压成型。目前最常用的是机械传动,芯模振动与压头加压成型机。成型机生产砌块的过程有上料、加压、振动成型、脱模等工序。不同规格的砌块可换用不同的箱模,生产多种规格的砌块。
In recent years, with the development of small hollow block building in China, many units have developed various types of small hollow block (hereinafter referred to as small block) forming machines.
