消费者获取到的关于产品特性的信息,是其购买食品的重要参考。食品市场中的信息不对称和信息丢失问题也是影响食品安全消费的一个重要因素。提供有效的食品安全信息追溯和危机处理手段,是满足消费者对安全食品信息获取和切实维护消费者利益所必需的。
The information consumers obtain about product features is an important reference for their purchase of food. Asymmetric information in the food market and the problem of loss of information is also an important factor affecting the consumption of food safety. Providing effective food safety information retrospective and crisis management tools is necessary to satisfy consumers ’access to safe food information and effectively safeguard consumers’ interests.
