随着华北油田的滚动开发,中高含水期集输系统出现了地面集输系统生产高能耗、低效率的问题。本论文是在结合武强工区的地面集输系统现状的基础上,结合目前油田内常用的节能降耗技术经验,研究并确定集输系统能耗部位、节能指标,有针对性地提出适合强一联合站节能降耗工艺集输,对强一联合站内进行相应的流程工艺改造,达到节能降耗的目的。主要研究内容是分析泵、泵输、泵效、工艺流程之间的关系,优化和完善已建地面系统工艺流程,对存在高能低效的泵采取“关、停、并、转”泵变频调速技术等措施,实现节能降耗的目的,以提高能源综合利用效率,减少污染排放,提高经济效益。
