网络生态危机主要是指网络安全危机、信息污染、信息侵犯、信息综合征等,危机发生的原因是多方面的,主要是因为网络主体缺乏网络生态伦理理念、道德自律意识和缺乏对网络行为的道德认知造成的。所以,切实加强网络主体的道德素质培育显得非常重要而又迫切。首先,要引导网络主体树立正确的信仰。信仰能给予道德主体的行为以意义和价值,它的存在既对人行为的善恶标准给予评价和规定,也对人的善恶进行评判和范导。其次,网络主体必须确立网络生态伦理理念。保护网络生态环境实质上就是保护人类的生存空间,人类应该像保护大自然一样,保护人类的网络家园。其三,教育网络主体应遵循互惠互利、公正平等、适度自由、维护人类共同利益等网络生态伦理原则。其四,规范网络主体的道德行为。其五,引导网络主体不断“内省”和“慎独”。最后,构建网络生态伦理教育的监督机制。
