我的经历告诉我,教师的成长是步步为营、扎扎实实的,没有捷径可言。我是一名一线的物理教师,时刻不忘一个物理教师应有的本色——务实求真,习惯用怀疑的、期盼的眼光看问题。我所经历的学习研究都是为教学工作服务的,二者息息相关,密切相联。如果说今天的我有了一些成就,那也是一份耕耘、一份收获。作为一名教师,应该博采众长,厚积薄发。虽然教龄已近30年了,但直到现在,区里面的进修我都是尽可能地参加,听课学习的机会我也从不放弃,在此基础上,我建立了自己的教学资源库,比如课程标准及其解读、各版本的教材、高考试题和模拟试题、教案及课
