今年是国有企业改革与脱困的决战之年。为努力实现三年脱困目标,明确工作重点,做好2000年的企业脱困工作,日前,国家经贸委印发了《关于印发2000年国有大中型亏损企业脱困工作指导意见的通知》(国经贸企改[2000]250号)。《指导意见》的主要内容如下: (一)2000年企业脱困工作的形势和应予重视的问题 This year is the decisive year for the reform and the destitution of state-owned enterprises. The main contents of the “Guiding Opinions” are as follows: (I) Situation of enterprises in 2000 and measures they should pay attention to
