近年来,各级认真贯彻执行《全军旅团部队生活费规范化管理暂行办法》,坚持“一保战备、二保生活”的原则,着眼增强部队凝聚力、提高部队战斗力,狠抓生活费规范化管理,有力地促进了人员生活待遇的落实和管理效益的提高。但是,从部队生活费供应和管理的实际来看,还有一些深层次的问题没能得到很好地解决,少数单位还存在一些不容忽视的问题。笔者就加强生活费管理及如何提高思想认识,解决当前存在问题淡几点看法。
