本文主要讨论利用非球面非共轴系统光学计算程序的特有功能,对在会聚光束中扫描器在扫描后的动态成象质量进行计算,包括平面摆镜,反射转鼓、透射转鼓等。程序的性质与功能程序先以Ag_(01)-60语言编写,后改为Bcy语言,在国产的TQ-16计算机上使用。程序的一般功能包括:对一般球面系统的光学计算;对含非球面的共轴系统的光学计算;对含非球面的非共轴系统的光学计算。程序的新应用有两个方面: 1.在会聚光束中加平面摆镜扫描后的动态成象质量的计算。我们在程序中按排了一
In this paper, we mainly discuss the special functions of the optical calculation program using non-spherical non-coaxial system to calculate the dynamic imaging quality of the scanner after scanning in the converging beam, including the plane-mounted mirror, the reflection drum, the transmission drum and so on. Procedures for the nature and function of the program to Ag_ (01) -60 language, later changed to Bcy language, used in the domestic TQ-16 computer. The general functions of the program include: optical computation of a general spherical system; optical computation of a coaxial system with aspheric surfaces; and optical computation of non-spherical non-spherical systems. The new application of the program has two aspects: 1. The calculation of the dynamic imaging quality after the scanning of the plane-mounted pendulum in the convergent beam. We arranged one in the program
