(一) 工商行政管理机关从管理集贸市场到监管社会主义大市场,在这个历史转变过程中,不少工商干部感到工商部门像《反不正当竞争法》、《消费者权益保护法》、《广告法》、《商标法》、《经济合同法》等这样可依据的专项法律法规太少了,介入监管除集贸市场之外的“双生”市场,认为无法可依。 事实上并非如此。有许多非专项的工商行政管理法律法规中包含了很重要的工商行政管理职能,下面举例说明:
