本文用醛-锇酸固定法对大白鼠脑垂体神经叶的超微结构进行了研究。结果表明,垂体神经叶由神经纤维、神经胶质细胞、血管、结缔组织所构成。组成神经叶的神经纤维是许多充满嗜锇性神经囊泡的轴突。该处的毛细血管结构特点与神经激素的转运关系密切。神经叶的垂体细胞可能是具有一定分泌和吞噬功能的特化的神经胶质细胞。
In this paper, the aldehyde - osmic acid fixation of the pituitary neurons in rats ultrastructural studies. The results showed that the pituitary nerve leaves are composed of nerve fibers, glial cells, blood vessels and connective tissue. The nerve fibers that make up the nerve leaf are many axons that fill with osmiophilic neurovascular vesicles. The capillary structure features and neurotransmitters are closely related. Pituitary cells of nerve leaf may be a specialized glial cells with certain secretion and phagocytosis.
