面对工业设计本身的快速发展、我国社会主义市场经济的成熟和加入WTO的需求现实,社会不再可能给大专生从容适应的机会,而必须凭借较强的工作能力迅速竞争上岗。而对原来人才培养格局不再存在的现实,不断扩大的工业设计高等职业技术教育因此日益面临着“教什么”和“怎么教”的问题。本文拟就此对专业课的教学问题进行一些探讨,主要着眼于目前产值高、产量大、覆盖面广的机电、车辆、仪表、医械、家电等机构功能强、形成工业设计主流产品,对教学方向提出一些看法,相信对装饰性强、机构功能弱的家具、灯饰、桌上物品、个人用品等设计也有参考价值。一、教什么的问题高等职业技术教育培养的应用型人才主要是一种专家型人才,有别于学者型。专家以解决实际问题为主,著作相对不多,但具体推动着本专业在社会上的发展应用。高等职业技术教育不排除而且希望学生个人今后
