目的分析护患纠纷产生的原因并总结防范护患纠纷的措施与途径。方法结合以往的工作经验和实际情况,对护患纠纷发生的原因进行分析,总结预防护患纠纷的措施与途径。结果与结论护患纠纷产生的原因有很多,护理人员要树立服务意识,加强护患沟通,严格遵守护理工作制度,加强业务学习,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the causes of the nurse-patient dispute and summarize the measures and ways to prevent the nurse-patient dispute. Methods Based on the previous work experience and the actual situation, this paper analyzes the causes of the nurse-patient dispute and summarizes the measures and ways to prevent the nurse-patient dispute. Results and Conclusion There are many reasons for the nurse-patient dispute. Nurses should establish awareness of service, strengthen nurse-patient communication, strictly observe the nursing work system, enhance business learning and improve the quality of nursing.
