本文介绍一种由单片微型计算机控制的直流PWM随动系统。该控制系统可用于数控机床的定位控制等方面。系统具有控制精度高、运行可靠等特点。该系统的位置环由单片机控制调整。它不仅仅简化了系统结构,使系统的性能价格比提高,而且使系统具有较高的控制精度和可靠性。另外,该系统还具有误差显示,键入调整控制参数的功能。本文中给出了系统的硬件框图与软件程序框图,并给出了实验结果。在本文的最后,又提出了进一步提高控制精度的改进措施。
This article describes a single-chip microcomputer controlled DC PWM servo system. The control system can be used for CNC machine tools such as positioning control. System has high control precision, reliable operation and so on. The system position loop controlled by the microcontroller. It not only simplifies the system structure, the system cost performance improvement, but also make the system has high control accuracy and reliability. In addition, the system also has error display, type the function of adjusting control parameters. This article gives the system hardware block diagram and software program block diagram, and gives the experimental results. At the end of this article, we put forward some improvement measures to further improve the control accuracy.
