目的 :探讨甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚与血管紧张素 一型受体 ( AT1)亚型 AT1a、AT1b表达之间的关系。 方法 :建立甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚模型 ,用定量逆转录聚合酶链反应 ( RT- PCR)方法 ,测定肥厚心室肌中血管紧张素 一型受体两个亚型 AT1a、AT1b的 m RNA含量。 结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,肥厚心肌中血管紧张素 受体两个亚型的表达水平无显著改变 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 :甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚下血管紧张素 一型受体亚型AT1a、AT1b表达量没有改变
Objective: To investigate the relationship between thyroxine-induced cardiac hypertrophy and the expression of AT1a and AT1b in the AT1 subtype. Methods: Thyroxine-induced cardiac hypertrophy model was established. The mRNA contents of AT1a and AT1b in two subtypes of angiotensin Ⅱ type receptor in hypertrophic ventricular myocardium were determined by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: Compared with the normal control group, there was no significant change in the expression of two subtypes of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor in hypertrophic myocardium (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of AT1a and AT1b in AT1a and AT1b did not change under thyroid hormone-induced cardiac hypertrophy
