目的:分析小丛红景天中脂溶性成分组成及体外抗菌抑菌活性。方法:采用索氏提取法,提取陕西太白山产小丛红景天中脂溶性物质,经甲酯化处理后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MC)分离和鉴定脂溶性成分的种类及含量。通过体外实验,分析研究小丛红景天脂溶性成分抗菌抑菌活性。结果:脂溶性成分共分离出三个馏分,即:非极性馏分、弱极性馏分和极性馏分。其中非极性馏分成分20种,弱极性馏分成分17种,极性馏分成分12种。抑菌实验表明,小丛红景天脂溶性成分对选定的白假丝酵母菌(CMCC85021)、枯草芽胞杆菌(CMCC63501)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25925)和大肠埃希氏菌(ATCC25922)四种供试菌株均有很好的抑制作用。结论:小丛红景天中含有一些重要的脂肪酸成分,具有较高的保健营养价值。同时,其脂溶性成分具有很好的抑菌杀菌活性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the composition of liposoluble components and the antimicrobial activity in Rhodiola sachalinensis. Methods: Soxhlet extraction method was used to extract fat-soluble substance of Rhodiola sachalinensis from Taibai Mountain of Shaanxi Province. Methyl Ester was used to separate and identify the type and content of fat-soluble components by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MC) . Through in vitro experiments, the antibacterial and antimicrobial activity of lipophilic components of Rhodiola sachalinensis was analyzed. Results: The fat-soluble components were separated three fractions, namely: non-polar fractions, weak polar fractions and polar fractions. Among them, there are 20 nonpolar fractions, 17 weak polar fractions and 12 polar fractions. Antibacterial experiments showed that the small red Rhodiola fat-soluble components of the selected Candida albicans (CMCC85021), Bacillus subtilis (CMCC63501), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC25925) and Escherichia coli (ATCC25922) for four Test strains have a good inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Rhodiola sachalinensis contains some important fatty acid components, with high nutritional value of health care. At the same time, its fat-soluble components have good antibacterial activity.
