洱源县从2004年秋季学期开始在义务教育阶段学校实施新课程,到现在新课程已推进到普通高中学校。本人多次深入基层学校听评课,发现多数中小学教师的教学理念仍处于新旧交替、碰撞磨合期,到底该依据什么样的标准来评价一节数学课成功与否?作为常规教研的载体,作为促进教师专业成长的重要平台,听评课仍然是洱源县教研员及教师之间彼此切磋,互相提高的重要方式。经过自己多年的实践,现就本人的一些思考与各位同仁作一些探讨和交流。
Wuyuan County has implemented new courses in the compulsory education stage since the fall semester of 2004, and now the new curriculum has advanced to ordinary high school. I have gone deep into primary schools to listen to assessments and found that the teaching philosophy of most primary and secondary school teachers is still in the period of old and new, and the period of collision and running. In the end, what kind of criteria should be used to evaluate the success of a mathematics class? As a carrier of routine teaching and research, As an important platform for promoting the professional development of teachers, listening to assessment classes is still an important way for Wuyuan County teachers and teachers to learn from each other and improve each other. After many years of practice, I have made some discussions and exchanges with my colleagues on some of my thoughts.
