作为世界知名的金融法学者和金融法律实务工作者,菲利普·R.伍德教授的系列著作历来受到我国金融法学界的高度关注。2008年,菲利普·R.伍德教授公开出版了《金融法的世界地图》(Maps of World Financial Law)一书,该书以图文并茂的方式借用其自制的近百张彩色世界地图来展现全球各个法律管辖区域金融法律制度的异同,这样的一种呈现方式毫无疑问是独特的伍德风格,这本书也可以说是伍德教授对其以往系列著作内容和观点的一个高度总结和概括。鉴于《金融法的世界地图》一书在世界范围内的重要影响力,我国金融法学界的两位年轻学者陈儒丹博士和黄韬博士将此书译成了中文,法律出版社已获授权,出版了本书的中文版。《金融法苑》历来关注国内外金融法研究的最新动态,为此本期杂志特别刊登菲利普·R.伍德教授本人和北京大学法学院吴志攀教授为《金融法的世界地图》一书中文版出版而作的两篇序言以及该书的译者所作的译后记,希望藉此吸引我国金融法学界同仁对于该书的更多关注,共同提升我国金融法律制度研究的水准。
As a world-renowned financial law scholar and financial legal practitioner, Professor Philip R. Wood’s series of books has always been highly concerned by the financial law scholars in our country. In 2008, Professor Philip R. Wood publicly published the “Maps of World Financial Law,” a collection of nearly 100 colorful world maps borrowed from home-made illustrations of the laws of the world The similarities and differences between jurisdictions in the financial legal system, such a presentation is undoubtedly a unique style of Wood. This book can also be said that Professor Wood highly summarizes and summarizes the contents and views of his past series of works. In view of the worldwide influence of The World Map of Financial Law, two young scholars in the financial law field in the world, Dr. Chen Ju Dan and Dr. Huang Tao translated the book into Chinese and the law press has been authorized to publish The book’s Chinese version. Financial Law Court has always been paying attention to the latest developments in financial law both at home and abroad. For this issue, this issue of the magazine is published in particular by Professor Philip L. Wood and Professor Wu Zhiban of Law School of Peking University as the Chinese version of the World Map of Financial Law The two prefaces and the translation postscript made by the translator of the book hope to attract more attention from my colleague in financial law field in our country so as to jointly improve the research level of our financial legal system.
