随着近年来我国社会的发展,教学改革的脚步也在逐渐深化,在这种背景下,人们对于青少年的文化发展有着更深刻的认识,同时也越加认识到青少年身体发展的重要性。只有具备良好的身体条件,才能为学习奠定扎实的基础。但是现在很多学生都是家中的独生子女,因此在对遇到一定困难的过程中,学生经常表现出手足无措的状态,心理承受能力不佳。针对这种情况,进行必要的户外拓展运动就显得十分必要,不仅对学生的心理承受能力有着重要帮助,同时对于学生个性和品质的培养也十分重要。
With the development of our society in recent years, the pace of teaching reform is gradually deepening. Under this background, people have a deeper understanding of the cultural development of young people and the more they recognize the importance of the physical development of young people. Only with good physical condition can we lay a solid foundation for our study. However, many students are now the only children in the family. Therefore, students often show some helplessness in the process of encountering certain difficulties, and their psychological endurance is not good. In view of this situation, it is necessary to carry out necessary outdoor expansion exercises, which not only plays an important role in helping students ’psychological endurance, but also cultivating students’ personality and quality.
