本文应用正交设计方法配制了硝酸锂、三乙醇胺、硫酸钠三组分早强剂,并检测早强剂的性能,结果表明,在标准养护条件下,该复合早强剂分别提高水泥1d、3d强度到148%、125%,7d、28d的强度无降低。同时研究水泥中硝酸锂掺量对水泥强度的影响,发现硝酸锂掺量在0.1%时早强效果最好,水泥1d、3d强度分别提高到110%、115%,7d强度无降低。
In this paper, orthogonal design was used to prepare three components of lithium nitrate, triethanolamine and sodium sulfate as early strength agent, and the properties of early strength agent were tested. The results showed that under the condition of standard curing, 3d intensity to 148%, 125%, 7d, 28d no decrease in intensity. At the same time, the influence of lithium nitrate content in cement on the strength of cement was studied. It was found that the early strength was the best when the content of lithium nitrate was 0.1%. The intensities of cement were increased to 110%, 115% and 7d respectively.
