电大办学三十多年,取得了辉煌成就,在很大程度上得益于有一支优良的教师队伍。良好的职业素养是教师发展的核心,当前电大正处在转型发展的重要时期,在敬业精神、合作态度、开放理念、服务意识、专业技能等方面对教师的职业素养提出了更高要求。县级电大教师处于电大系统最基层,为电大发展做出了巨大贡献,但对照电大转型期发展要求,教师整体职业素养还存在着职业定位模糊、教育观念滞后、创新动力不足、专业发展乏力等问题。就县级电大而言,要解决这些问题,应加强探索,积极作为,着力打造好四项机制,从而帮助教师激活主动意识,更新教育理念,增强创新动力,促进专业发展,全面提升职业素养。
TV University for more than 30 years, has made brilliant achievements, largely due to a good team of teachers. Good professional accomplishment is the core of teachers’ development. Currently, TVU is at an important period of transformation and development, and puts forward higher requirements on professional accomplishments of teachers in respect of professionalism, cooperative attitude, open concept, service awareness and professional skills. County-level TVU teachers in the TVU system at the grassroots level, has made tremendous contributions to the development of the TVU, but in response to the requirements of the development of the TVU transition period, the overall occupation qualifications of teachers there are still vague positioning of education, education concept lag, lack of innovation power, lack of professional development problem. In terms of county-level TVU, in order to solve these problems, we should enhance exploration and make active efforts to create four mechanisms so as to help teachers activate active awareness, update education philosophy, enhance innovation power, promote professional development and raise professional accomplishment in all aspects.
