主要介绍了中薄板坯连铸机的自动化控制系统。铸机自动化控制系统的总体方案基于全集成自动化(TIA)平台设计,其中涉及SIEMENS公司的编程、监控软件与PLC硬件的设计使用,矢量闭环变频调速技术的应用,工业以太网及Profibus现场总线技术的应用,远程通讯和冗余技术的应用。开发了多个实用的自动化软件包和HMI监控系统,使整套连铸机的自动化控制系统具有安全、可靠、稳定、易操作和扩展性强等性能和特点。
