目的通过测量中国撒拉族正常牙合青少年临床牙冠中心高度来分析托槽在不同人群间的定位高度。方法对青海省循化县寄宿制高中在校生963人进行的普查,严格挑选出个别正常牙合67名,其中男性43名,平均年龄16.7岁,女性24名,平龄年龄17.2岁。制取全口牙颌模型,使用精确到0.01mm的游标卡尺进行临床牙冠中心高度的测量,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果①中国撒拉族正常牙合青少年的临床牙冠中心高度呈正态分布且标准差较小(P<0.05);②撒拉族正常牙合青少年男女间各同名牙临床牙冠中心高度测量值有明显的性别差异(P<0.05)。结论测量结果可为临床提供一套适合于撒拉族人群的临床牙冠中心托槽定位粘贴的高度参考值。
Objective To measure the height of the brackets between different crowds by measuring the height of the clinical crowns center of normal occlusion adolescents in China. Methods A total of 96 normal occlusion patients were selected from 963 undergraduate students in boarding high schools in Xunhua County, Qinghai Province. Among them, 67 were males, with an average age of 16.7 years and 24 females, with a mean age of 17.2 years. Preparation of full dentition jaw model, the use of accurate to 0.01mm vernier caliper clinical crown height measurement, the results were statistically analyzed. Results ① The center of clinical crowns of normal occlusion adolescents in China was normal distribution and the standard deviation was small (P <0.05). ② The height of coronal crown center between male and female children Significant gender differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The results of the measurement can provide clinically a set of high reference values for positioning and gluing of the clinical crown to the braces in the Sala population.
